Bonafide Propertiesis a real estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating this website at bonafideproperties.ae. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bonafide Properties.

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and provide brokerage services:

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, country and any message you type into an enquiry, viewing request, valuation request or callback form.
• Property interest — the listing, off-plan project, area or budget you enquired about, plus your stated purpose (buy, rent, invest or sell).
• Career applications — name, contact details, role applied for and the CV file you upload on our careers page.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communication records — WhatsApp, phone or email correspondence with our agents, including which WhatsApp buttons you clicked on this site.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for passport, Emirates ID or payment card details through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange property viewings, valuations or consultations.
• To match you with suitable sale, rental and off-plan opportunities.
• To assess job applications submitted through our careers page.
• To send market updates, new-launch alerts and offers where you have asked for them or where you are an existing client, always with an opt-out.
• To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, including those of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or opt into marketing), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a real estate brokerage, and compliance with UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us deliver the service you asked for:

• Our CRM provider (Pixxi CRM) — enquiries are recorded so an agent can follow up.
• Our infrastructure and database providers — hosting, storage and form processing, including career applications and uploaded CVs.
• Advertising and analytics platforms — Google and Meta, where their tags are enabled, for campaign measurement and audience building.
• Developers, landlords and conveyancing parties — only where it is necessary to progress a transaction you have asked us to pursue.
• Authorities and regulators — where disclosure is required by UAE law.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, plus optional analytics and advertising tags such as Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. These tags may set identifiers that let us measure conversions and show relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to browse listings or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and afterwards for the retention period required by UAE brokerage and accounting rules. Unsuccessful job applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Analytics data is kept according to each platform's standard retention window.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, stored with access-controlled providers, and made available only to the staff and agents who need it to do their job. Uploaded CVs are stored in a restricted, non-public storage bucket. No system is perfectly secure, but we review access and configuration regularly.

Subject to UAE law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete data we no longer need to keep;
• restrict or object to processing, including profiling for marketing;
• withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from marketing messages.

Our site links to developer websites, portals and social platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we recommend reading their policies before submitting information to them.
